RESOLUTION NO. o4-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING A CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE
TOWN AND DENTON COUNTY REGARDING THE
JOINT PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS AND
SUPPLIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995; AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Cooperative Purchasing Contract by and between the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas (the "Town") and the County of Denton attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to execute the said
Contract on behalf of the Town and to do all acts and take all steps necessary to carry out
the terms thereof.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
