A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS SUSPENDING THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THE SCHEDULE OF CHANGED RATES AND
SERVICE REGULATIONS OF LONE STAR GAS COMPANY
FILED WITH THE TOWN ON MAY 11, 1994; PROVIDING
THAT THE RATES AND SERVICE REGULATIONS OF LONE
STAR GAS COMPANY SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED
DURING THE PERIOD OF SUSPENSION; PROVIDING FOR
NOTICE HEREOF TO LONE STAR GAS COMPANY;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 11, 1994 Lone Star Gas Company ("Lone Star") filed with the
Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") its Statement of Intent to
Change Residential and Commercial Rates together with its rate filing package, in which Lone
Star proposed to change its rates for gas service and service regulations within the Town,
effective on June 16, 1994; and
WHEREAS, in order to allow sufficient time for the consideration of the voluminous data
filed by Lone Star, it is the desire of the Town Council to suspend the effective date of the
changed rates and service regulations for a period of 90 days from June 16, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The above and foregoing premises are true and correct and are incorporated
herein in their entirety.
Section 2. The effective date of the changed rates and service regulations of Lone Star
Gas Company is hereby suspended for a period of 90 days from June 16, 1994.
Section 3. The rates for gas service within the Town in effect on May 11, 1994 shall
continue in force during the period of suspension as provided in Section 2 hereof.
Section 4. The Town Secretary is hereby directed to deliver a copy of this Resolution
to Lone Star Gas Company upon the adoption hereof.
Section 5. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of adoption
and approval.
