A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING A FINANCIAL
ADVISORY CONTRACT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
SOUTHWEST SECURITIES INCORPORATED RELATING
TO THE AUTHORIZATION, ISSUANCE, SALE AND
DELIVERY OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN TO EXECUTE
THE SAID CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Financial Advisory Contract dated
May 10th % 1994 by and between the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas and Southwest Securities Incorporated, a
true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein, is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the said Contract on behalf of the
Town.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Counci 1 of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas this the 10th day of may
