PROCLAMATION 2004-01
A PROCLAMATION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, TO
RECOGNIZE TROPHY CLUB RESIDENT NICK SANDERS FOR HIS DONATION OF RECORDS
MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO ENABLE THE IMAGING AND ACCESS OF PERMANENT
TOWN/MUD RECORDS VIA THE INTERNET.
WHEREAS, Nick Sanders worked with Trophy Club over the last two years planning and customizing
the Records Management Software to fit the Town's needs; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club is fortunate to have dedicated residents who willingly share
their time and talents to enhance service to Trophy Club residents; and to enable the imaging and access of
permanent Town/Mud Records via the Internet; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club desires to recognize Nick Sanders for his dedication and
commitment to excellence; and
WHEREAS, the citizens, Mayor, Council and employees of the Town of Trophy Club wish to sincerely
thank Nick Sanders for donating the software to enable the Staff to offer access to records via the Internet.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, recognizes this accomplishment is a source of
high community pride and significant positive recognition for our Town.
Section 2. That this Proclamation shall become effective from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
