PROCLAMATION 2002-07
A PROCLAMATION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, TO RECOGNIZE OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT BY THE
TROPHY CLUB HEAT, THE BEST 10 YEAR OLD ALL STAR TEAM IN TEXAS,
WHO REPRESENT OUR TOWN AND WHO BY THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SUPER SERIES COMPETITION BRING HIGH
HONOR TO THE TOWN AND TO ALL OF OUR RESIDENTS; RECOGNIZING AND
CONGRATULATING THEM ON THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club is fortunate to have dedicated players who willingly participate,
aggressively train, and in other ways support the Trophy Club Youth Baseball Association,, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club is fortunate to have the support of the Coaches who lead the
Trophy Club Heat in these activities; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club desires to recognize the Trophy Club Heat
and their coaches for their outstanding dedication and commitment to excellence.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, recognizes and congratulates Trophy Club Heat
for their outstanding effort, their dedication and commitment to excellence by capping an incredible season. On
June 23, 2002 the Trophy Club Heat won the State of Texas Superseries Championship and on June 30, 2002
won the Texas State USSSA Association Championship continuing on with a second place finish at the 10 -year
old National Ail -Star World Series in Colorado July 6-13, 2002.
Section 2. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, recognizes this accomplishment is a source of
high community pride and significant positive recognition for our Town, and hereby recognizes the following
players and coaches:
