CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
SPECIAL SESSION
2015-0163-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding the appointment of Stephen Seidel as
Town Manager and his employment agreement with the Town; and authorizing the
Mayor or his designee to execute necessary documents.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
2015-0164-T Pursuant to the following designated sections of Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Subchapter 551 (Texas Open Meetings Act), the Council will enter into executive
session to discuss the following items:
A. Section 551.074(a)(1), Personnel Matters. To discuss or deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal
of a public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074 (a)(1) of the Texas
Open Meetings Act:
Town Manager employment offer with Stephen Seidel
RECONVENE INTO SPECIAL SESSION
2015-0165-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Executive Session.
