REGULAR SESSION
1.2014-1051-T Consider and take appropriate action appointing two Council members to serve on the
Audit Subcommittee.
2.2014-1034-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding letter from TC MUD No. 1 to TCEQ
regarding interlocal agreement between the Town of Trophy Club & Trophy Club MUD
No. 1 to provide water and wastewater services to the PID.
3.2014-1052-T Presentation by Old Town Development.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
4.2014-1024-T Pursuant to the following designated sections of the Texas Local Government Code,
Annotated, Chapter 551, the Council will convene into closed executive session with
Economic Development Corporation (EDC 4B) and TIRZ Board to discuss the
following:
A. Texas Government Code Section 551.087 Deliberation Regarding Economic
Development Negotiations to discuss or deliberate the offer of financial or other
incentives to a business prospect that the Town seeks to have locate within the
territory of the Town.
(1) Potential Projects in the Trophy Wood Drive area
