SPECIAL SESSION
1.2013-146-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding an ordinance amending Ordinance No.
2013-06 calling a General and Special Election to be held on May 11, 2013, to order a
Special Election on a measure to amend the Town’s Home Rule Charter to create a
Ways and Means Committee; providing ballot language; and providing an effective
date.
Considerar y tomar la acción apropiada con respecto a una ordenanza que enmienda
la Ordenanza No. 2013-06 llamando a una Elección General y una Especial para
llevarse a cabo el 11 de mayo de 2013, para ordenar una Elección Especial sobre una
medida para enmendar la Carta Constitucional Autónoma del Poblado para crear una
Comisión Presupuestaria de Recursos Financieros (Ways and Means Committee);
estipulando el lenguaje de la balota; e indicando una fecha para que entre en vigor.
