2012-561-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding an Ordinance for the Town of Trophy
Club canvassing the returns and declaring the election results of the November, 2012
Special Election on a measure to reduce the sales and use tax rate of the Trophy Club
Economic Development Corporation 4A from the current rate of one-half of one percent
(0.5%) to a new rate of one-fourth of one percent (0.25%), and to increase the sales
and use tax rate of the Trophy Club Economic Development Corporation 4B from the
current rate of one-fourth of one percent (0.25%) to a new rate of one-half of one
percent (0.5%); providing for the incorporation of premises; providing for the
confirmation of vote tabulations; authorizing the issuance of the Canvass of Special
Election; providing for engrossment and enrollment; and providing an effective date.

2. 2012-563-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding a Resolution of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas calling the outstanding General Obligation Bonds Series 2002-A for
Redemption and resolving other matters related thereto.

3. 2012-562-T Consider and take appropriate action to propose the creation of a Crime Control and
Prevention District within the Town of Trophy Club; and authorizing the Town Manager
to take all necessary action to commence the process and advertise for volunteers.
