EXECUTIVE SESSION
1.2010-508-T Pursuant to the following designated sections of Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Subchapter 551, the Council will enter into executive session to or deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a
public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074 (a) (1) of the Texas Open
Meetings Act:
(1) Conduct interviews of candidates for appointment to the position of Trophy Club
Town Manager
RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION
ADJOURN
* The Town Council may convene into executive session to discuss posted items as
allowed by the Texas Open Meeting Act, LGC.551.071
