EXPLANATION This is the 6's submittal from Star of Texas Energy Services, Inc. for a gas well SUP. This location requires a waiver to the 1000' setback requirement due to it's close proximity to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the only structure which falls inside the 1000' setback provision. The Municipal Utility District has been notified of the request for permit. The District does not object to the location. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning & Zoning Commission met in a public hearing session 23 September 2004. They made a motion to approve the request for SUP, unanimously.
