TOWN COUNCIL TO RECOGNIZE OFFICER LARRY FISCHER FOR YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF TROPHY CLUB AND TO DISCUSS SAME. 7. TOWN COUNCIL TO DISCUSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION REGARDING A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE (1) CITIZENS TO ONE (1) SEAT ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION B FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE UNEXPIRED TERM EXPIRING ON JUNE 30,2004; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 8. TOWN COUNCIL TO DISCUSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION REGARDING A PROCLAMATION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, TO RECOGNIZE NICK SANDERS FOR HIS DONATION OF RECORDS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO ENABLE THE IMAGING AND ACCESS OF PERMANENT TOWNIMUD RECORDS VIA THE INTERNET. 9. COUNCIL TO VIEW A DEMONSTRATION OF RECORDS IMAGING SOFTWARE, WHICH WILL ALLOW INTERNET ACCESS TO TOWN/MUD PERMANENT RECORDS SUCH AS MINUTES, AGENDAS, RESOLUTIONS AND EVENTUALLY ORDINANCES, AND TO DISCUSS SAME.
