NOTICE OF EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA
This Notice of Emergency Supplemental Agenda is being posted on
April 24, 1995 at 4`45 P'M', and supplements the Notice of the special
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas for April
25, 1995 posted on Friday, April 21, 1995'
On April 25, 1995 at 7,00 p'm' and at 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy
Club, Texas the Town Council will meet in open session to consider, in
addition to that item listed on the Notice posted for the said meeting on
April 21, 1995, the following item:
l. ro Electric requesting permission to install one utility pole
and switching gear at the rear property of the Woods Addition
and the side rear of the Municipal Utility property for the
purpose of providing electricity to the Woods Addition in
accordance with the Town's Subdivision Regulations.
This Notice of Emergency Supplemental Agenda is being posted in
accordance with the Texas open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Tex. Gov' Code.
An urgent public necessity exists for doing so, namely that electrical
power be provided to the Woods Addition by removing two (2) utility poles
and installing switching gear to provide a loop feed for the addition'
The Woods Addition is located at the intersection of Trophy Club Drive
and Indian Creek Drive'
