Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club will
meet in Regular Session on Monday October 28, 1985 at 7:OOPM at the Municipal
Utility District Building. The meeting is open to the Public, and held within
the boundaries of the Town.
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation: Mr. Ken Meier.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Consideration of Minutes of the October 9, 1985 Special Meeting and the
October 14, 1985 Regular Meeting.
5. Consideration of Disbursements for the month of September.
6. Presentations by Council.
7. Presentations by Citizens.
8. Update: Presentation from M.U.D. by Jerry Svore.
Presentation from C.I.A. by Larry Best.
Presentation from Independent American by Roger Brown.
9. Consideration of Ordinances/Resolutions, second reading:
1. Ordinance Concerning Firearms Within The City Limits.
2. Revise Ordinance No. 0 85-12 Concerning Building Inspections.
