Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club will meet
in Regular Session on Monday November 25, 1985 at 7:OOPM at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Water Plant Road, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting is open
to the Public, and held within the boundaries of the Town.
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Consideration of Minutes of the October 31, 1985 Special Meeting, the November
5th Special Meeting, and the November 11, 1985 Regular Meeting.
5. Consideration of Disbursements for the month of October.
6. Presentations by Council.
7. Presentations by Citizens.
8. Consideration of Ordinances/Resolutions, First Reading.
1. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A
MUNICIPAL COURT; PROVIDING FOR A REGULAR MUNICIPAL JUDGE AND ALTERNATE
JUDGES; PROVIDING FOR THE FILLING OF A VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL
JUDGE AND MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK; PROVIDING FOR THE SETTING OF COURT SESSIONS.
2. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, MAKING PROVISIONS REQUIRING
