Director Huggins included site plans, tree types, caliper inches as described in the Tree Ordinance, and the fee owed per caliper inch for tree removal. Explanation: Council has requested that staff working with the Parks and Recreation Board examine the current usage of Town facilities and resources by all youth sports associations that operate within the Town and bring forth recommendations concerning such use prior to the May 13 Board meeting. These recommendations will help shape future Town/association contracts for the following year. The amount of time needed to thoroughly investigate this matter precludes accomplishing this through only Park Board meetings and instead the sub-committee will bring its findings to the Board for continued guidance throughout this process.
