1. Regular Session: Call to order and Announce a Quorum
2. CITIZEN PRESENTATION: This is an opportunity for citizens to address
the Parks & Recreation Board on any matter whether or not it is
posted on the agenda. The Board is not permitted to take action on
or discuss any presentations made to the Board at this time
concerning an item not listed on the agenda.
3. Discuss and make recommendations to Town Council concerning
prioritizing the improvements made to Harmony Park.
4. Discuss Parks & Recreation presentation to Town Council on
September 18th.
5. Park Board to discuss proposed 06/07 Park Operations Budget
6. Discuss possible Parks & Recreation Board overview of special
events.
7. Discuss current opening on Parks & Recreation Board
8. Staff Update: The Board is not permitted to take action on or discuss
any presentations made to the Board at this time.
