Agenda Packet TC 02/25/2017 - Council Retreat - Supplemental Items Supplemental Item February 25, 2017 AGENDA ITEM NO. 1 Town Goals and Objectives for FY 2017-2018 with review of Strategy Map (Mayor Sanders and Mayor Pro Tem Lamont) Town of Trophy Club Strategic Planning Council Retreat Strategic Planning The Town Council developed a strategy map that presented the Town’s responsibilities and principles that will enable achievement of their long term vision for Trophy Club. Each department has listed a set of performance measures that assist them in achieving the Town’s responsibilities and principles within the strategy map. The a framework for identifying capital requirements, the impact of capital projects on operating budgets, scheduling, and coordinating related projects. Capital project funds are created to or revenue notes, or operating funds set aside or reserved for such projects to be used for the costs associated with the acquisition or construction of major capital improvements.
