AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ADOPTING A TOWN SEAL;
PROVIDING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. There is hereby adopted a Town seal for the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas (the "Town"), which -seal shall be in circular form and include the
words "Town of Trophy Club, Texas" the impress of which shall be attached to all
official documents of the Town and which seal is impressed to this ordinance in
the lower right hand corner.
Section 2. The fact that the present ordinances and regulations of the
Town of Trophy Club, Texas, are inadequate to properly safeguard the health,
safety, morals, peace and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas, creates an emergency for the immediate preservation of
public business, property, health, safety and general welfare of the public which
requires that this ordinance shall become effective from and after the date of its
passage and it is accordingly so ordained.
