AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE 1993 TAX ROLL AS
SUBMITTED BY THE TOWN APPRAISER; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
(the "Town") heretofore set the tax rate for all taxable property
within the Town for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1993 and
ending September 30, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Town Appraiser has, in accordance with Section
26.09(e) of the Texas Property Tax Code, applied the said tax rate
to the Town's 1993 appraisal roll, and submitted to the Town
Council the appraisal roll with the amount of tax entered thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the tax roll for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1993 and ending September 30, 1994 submitted by the Town
Appraiser of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas is hereby accepted and
approved. Hereafter, changes and corrections to the Town's tax
roll shall be made in accordance with State law.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and
after its date of adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
