ORDINANCE NO. 98-12
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 087-0I RELATING
TO VOLUNTEER EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 087-01 of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas was enacted for
the purpose of recognizing a volunteer emergency medical service operating within the Town
and establishing procedures defining the relationship between the Town and the volunteer
service; and
WHEREAS, the volunteer emergency medical service described in the said Ordinance
no longer exists within the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 087-021 of the Town relating to volunteer emergency
medical service organization is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the Town
affecting emergency medical services and shall not; repeal any of the provisions of those
ordinances except in those instances where the provisions of those ordinances are in direct
conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall tape effect from and after its date of adoption.
