AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 98-08, AN
ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS,
GOVERNING AND REGULATING THE PLATTING AND
SUBDIVISION OF LAND WITHIN AND WITHOUT THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, BY ADDING SUBSECTION (a) TO
SECTION 3.19 (1), PROVIDING FOR A ROAD EASEMENT
DEDICATION FOR THE EXTENSION OF INDIAN CREEK
DRIVE AND TROPHY CLUB DRIVE, WITHIN THE TOWN
LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS;
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR ENGROSSMENT
AND ENROLLMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") has previously adopted
Ordinance 98-08, regulating platting and subdivision of land within and without the corporate
limits of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council now deems it necessary to amend the platting and
subdivision regulations as provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
DEDICATION
1.01 That Section 3.19 Dedication, 1. Division of Property, is amended by adding the
following subsection:
a. A road easement is hereby dedicated for the extension of Indian Creels Drive and
Trophy Club Drive, said easement being more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION 2
CUMULATIVE
2.02 Cinindative: This Ordinance shall be cumulative of all provisions of Ordinances of the
Town of Trophy Club, Texas, except where the provisions of this Ordinance are in direct
conflict with the provisions of such Ordinances, in which event the conflicting provisions
of such Ordinances are hereby repealed.

3.01 Severability: It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Town Council of the Town of
Trophy Club, that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, phrases, clauses, and words of this
Ordinance are severable, and if any section, paragraph, sentence, phrase, clause, or word in
this Ordinance or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid or
unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance, and the Town Council hereby declares
that it would have passed such remaining portions of this Ordinance despite such invalidity,
which remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

4.01 Savings: All rights and remedies of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas are expressly saved as
to any and all violations of the provisions of any Ordinances of the Town affecting roadway
dedication, the subdivision or platting of land within or without the Town limits and shall
not repeal any of the provisions of those ordinances except in those instances where the
provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance.
5.01 Engrossment and Enrollment: The Town Secretary of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas is
hereby directed to engross and enroll this Ordinance by copying the Caption and the
Effective Date clause in the minutes of the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas and by filing this Ordinance in the Ordinance records of the Town.
SECTION 6
EFFECTIVE DATE
6.01 Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective from and after its date of passage and
publication as provided by law.
