RESOLUTION NO. 2002 — 30
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE (1) SEAT ON THE UTILITY FRANCHISE
COMMITTEE FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed for a term of two years, expiring June 30, 2004,
in the capacity as set out herein:
Utility Franchise Committee
1) Robert Champagne
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 7th day of October 2002.
