Presentation and informational session regarding d evelopm ent standards and zoning of vacan t commercial property; review and discussion of zoning alternatives and approval procedures ; possibl e opportunities for development of commercial property; discussion of s ame. Presented by Scott Polikov, Certified Planner, President, Gateway Planning Group, Inc. Town Manager Slye welcomed both the Counc il and the Planning & Zoning Commiss ion and shared th e Town of Troph y Club Strateg y Map. Sl ye ex pla ined how tonight 's presentations will show lan d use strat eg ies and ho w it re late s to comm er cia l growth. Scott Polikov, Gateway Plann ing Group, discussed land use strategies and planning practices, showed examples, and addressed questions from Council members and Planning & Zoning Commissioners . Mr. Polikov recom mend s the Town create a plann ing process so all involved will understand the development structure. Presentation included in the minutes. ADJOURN Motion made by Council member Strother, seconded by Council member Rose , to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
