RES 2026-13 Appointments to ZBA TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,TEXAS
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE ZONING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; DESIGNATING TERMS OF SERVICE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, benefits by having its citizens involved in
local government through service on boards, commissions, and corporations; and
WHEREAS,there is currently two mid-year vacancies on the Trophy Club Zoning Board of
Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council Appointments Committee interviewed Bryan Stowe on July
1, 2026, and recommends his appointment to Place 4 on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS,the Town Council Appointments Committee also recommends the appointment
of Greg Fox to Alternate 3 on the Zoning Board of Adjustment in accordance with the Town Council
Rules of Procedure; and
WHEREAS, the Trophy Club Town Council is responsible for making appointments to the
boards, commissions, and corporations serving the Town; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitals set forth in the preamble of this resolution are hereby
found to be true and correct.
SECTION 2. The Town Council of Trophy Club, Texas, hereby appoints the following
individuals to serve on the Trophy Club Zoning Board of Adjustment as specified below:

SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage.
