The Animal Shelter Board for the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on October 22, 2025. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the
Town and was open to the public.

Brian Hall: Animal Shelter Operations
McKay Dendy: Regional Veterinarian
Deanna Polner: Resident

Special Guests: Annya Stoddard and Danielle Fry of the DFW Humane Society
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Susan Edstrom called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:34 pm.

Regular Session
1. Consider approval of the June 18, 2025 ASAB Minutes.
A motion was made by Deanna to approve the minutes; A second
was made by London; motion passed unanimously.

2. Consider acceptiance of the Texas Dept of State Health Services shelter inspection report.
Brian made a motion to accept the state inspection report; Deanna made a second; motion passed
unanimously.
3. Presentation and discussion regarding a recommendation to enter in a partnership agreement with
the DFW Humane Society to aid in increasing adoptions through social networking.
DFW Humane Society Manager, Danielle Fry, gave a presentation on their shelter organization;
agreement was signed and entered into therein.
