PRESENTATION BY MR. ED WALTS
Mr. Waits, who has been working on the 1. B. M. /McGuire Thomas
Partners Project, presented the Council with a proposal from
the State Highway Department. They wanted to know if Trophy
Club wanted to intersect Precinct Line, which has been re-
routed approximately 950 feet to the east, with Indian Creek
Drive.
Several reasons were brought up that supported the decision
not to have the roads intersect. The land that would be
effected by the road does riot belong to the City and is a
predominately residential section of Trophy Club..
