A PROCLAMATION OF THE TROPHY CLUB TOWN COUNCIL
PROCLAIMING INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY ON AUGUST 12, 2021
IN TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
WHEREAS, The Town of Trophy Club has grown in population by 33% in
the last year seeing more families moving in with children - our Youth; and
WHEREAS, International Youth Day will be celebrated all over the World
on August 12, 2021 as well as in Trophy Club; and
WHEREAS, It is important to spend quality time with our Youth by
recognizing their contributions, accomplishments, and their passion; and
WHEREAS, On August 12th we ask that all Adults be mindful of how
special our Youth are by scheduling outdoor activities, eating out, or just having
an ice cream together; and
WHEREAS, Our Youth are the future; and we need to acknowledge their
contributions to our society and continue to strengthen the bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, MONICA DeCICCO, MAYOR FOR A DAY ALONG
WITH MAYOR ALICIA FLEURY PROCLAIM AUGUST 12, 2021 AS:
"INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY" in Trophy Club, Texas
