AMENDING THE TOWN'S ZONING DISTRICT MAP BY THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE JESSE EADS SURVEY, A-392, THE J. HENRY SURVEY, A- 529, AND IN THE W. MEDLIN SURVEY, A-829, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING A PORTION OF A 76.4 ACRE TRACT AS CONVEYED FROM MRS. MAUDE HOWE TO H.M.
