Call To Order and announce a quorum.
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS:

1. 2011458-T Review and approve minutes of the September 6, 2011, Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting.
A motion was made by Commissioner Davidson, seconded by Commissioner
Reed, that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Aye: 7 - Vice Chair Stephens, Commissioner Davidson, Commissioner Sheridan,
Commissioner Forest, Chairman Hill, Commissioner Reed, and
Commissioner Richert

2. 2911.459-T Discussion and Recommendation regarding a request for approval of a
Final Plat for Waters Edge at Hogan's Glen, Phase 213-1 (5.686 acres)
located in Planned Development No. 22. Applicant: Jacobs on behalf of
BDMR Development, LLC (11-041)
This request is fora recommendation of approval fora final plat of Waters Edge at
Hogan's Glen, Phase 28-1. The street, Hale Ct., has 11 -lots, ending in a cul-de-sac,
which continues the street person along the east side of Hogan's Drive as it extends
north toward a final connection with Indian Creek Dr. These lots are directly west of

These are estate lots and are part of Planned Development No. 22. The lots range in
size from a minimum 15,000 sq. ft. up to one lot that is 35,783 sq. ft. Each lot will be
individually graded by each builder in order to preserve as many trees as possible on
each lot.
This plat has been reviewed for compliance with the Town's subdivision ordinance,
the approved preliminary plat, and the development standards for PD -22 and Staff
recommends approval.
The applicant's engineer, Ja/son Stephen, with Jacobs Engineering is present this
evening to answer any questions you may have about this plat. The Town Engineer,
Tom Rutledge, is also present and available to answer questions.
Mr. Stephen introduced himself from Jacobs Engineering.
After a short deliberation by the Commissioners, Chairman Hill called for a motion.
A motion was made by Commissioner Sheridan, seconded by Vice Chair
Stephens, recommending Approval of this Item to the Town Council. The
Council will hear this item on 1013/2011. The motion carried by the following
vole.
