REVIEW FINAL PLAT FOR PHASE 1 OF THE LAKES OF TROPHY CLUB AND TAKE
APPROPRIATE ACTION.
Chairman Hamper discussed the thirty day rule regarding the approval of final plats with the
developer. Mr. Briscoe waived his right to the thirty day rule (see attached).
Mr. Briscoe requested that the right-of-way on Trophy Club Drive be an 80 foot right-of-way to
continue the current right-of-way existing instead of a 90 foot right-of-way required in the Town
of Trophy Club's Design Standards.
A consensus of the Commissioners is to go forward with the 80 foot right-of-way.

Chairman Hamper explained to the Commissioners the idea or concept for a clock tower at the

RE: Lakes of Trophy Club
Final Plat
Dear Pauline:
As applicant for the above reference plat we would respectfully request a waiver on the
State Statute requiring a thirty (30) day approval process on plats. This will enable all
engineering issues to be addressed by the Town's consultants and resolved by the
developer prior to the next Planning and Zoning meeting.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
Sincerely,
