The Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a
Workshop/Regular Session on October 13, 2003. The meeting was held within the boundaries of
the Town and was open to the public.

REGULAR SESSION
DEVELOPER'S REPORT.
There were no developers present.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR SETTING OF EDCB MEETINGS.
There was a discussion about changing meeting dates to quarterly or bi-monthly. The Board
requested Jan Woodruff to include the mission statement bylaws in the next packet to begin
strategic planning. Director Cates made a motion to continue the meetings monthly. Director
Nicholson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES.
There were several changes to the September 8, 2003 meeting minutes and it was tabled until
the next meeting for approval.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL REPORT:
The approval of the September financials were tabled until after the auditors have approved the
financials for the fiscal year since two sales tax months will be added back.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Roger Unger updated the Board for the Pool budget.
There was a discussion about the Local Option Election and how it might affect sales tax.
There was a discussion about identifying developer areas and entities for EDCB directors to
contact. Andy Hayes will approach David Cunningham and ask him to the November meeting to
give the Board a developer status report.

ADJOURN.
Director Hayes made a motion to adjourn at 8:07 p.m. Director Nicholson seconded the motion
and it passed unanimously.
