Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4B Meeting at 6:30 p.m., on
Monday, June 11, 2007, in the Town of Trophy Club’s Svore Municipal Building Boardroom, 100
Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
JOINT SESSION
1. EDC 4A call to order and announce a quorum.
2. EDC 4B call to order and announce a quorum.
3. EDC 4B to give presentation of Buxton Company Project and future operational needs.
4. EDC 4A to discuss and approve the expenditure of the EDC 4B fiscal year 07-08 pool bond
payment in the projected amount of $27,014.
5. EDC 4A to adjourn.
