The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Chub, Texas, met in a
Regular Session October 22, 2001. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and
was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Bullard proceeded directly into regular session.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Bullard called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:00 p.m. President
Bullard stated that he would be resigning at the end of the EDC4A meeting. He is relocating out
of Trophy Club.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION REGARDING BANK RESOLUTION FOR
NEW SIGNATURE CARDS ON THE TEXAS NATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT:
Directors stated that a new resolution would need to be completed after the vacancy for President
Bullard is tilled. No action taken.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
The September 24, 2001 minutes were not approved because J. D. Harvey was listed as
abstaining on the approval of minutes when in fact he was absent. The correction will be made
and presented at the next meeting in November.

REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
The September financials were not approved because Al Milligan requested copies of the report
for July sales tax received in September and copies of the invoices paid in September. Copies
and financials will be presented at November's meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS:
None.
ADJOURN:
Director Reincke made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p. m. Director Twomey
seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
