I have served on various boards and coached many of the children of Trophy Club in various sporting activities over the last several years. Considering the current amount of new development and the new Byron Nelson High School I believe that the next few years will be a very important time for the Parks and Recreation Board and the City of Trophy Club. I would very much like to be a small part of the future development and growth of the Trophy Club community and believe that my past experiences will bring value and some additional perspective to the Parks Board. Do you have any related experience? I served on the City of Roanoke Parks and Recreation Board for over three years. I also served as a member of the Roanoke Planning and Zoning commission for a year. I have served on various other boards and committees including the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas and my children's school advisory council. I have been a member of the Trophy Club/Roanoke baseball board for over three years and would be able to provide insight into any youth baseball questions or issues that may come before the board. I believe the broad base of board and committee experience that I have will be an asset to the Town of Trophy Club Parks and Recreation Board. What do you feel you have to offer this group? I am a member of the "Trophy Club Womens' Club. Before moving to Trophy Club, two years ago I was a homeowners' association president for 3 years. I have been a Sunday School teacher, A Girl Scout leader's assistant, have been on church committees, and active in my acids sports activities. I hold a degree in Business with Management my major. I had a career in quality assurance management before I became a realtor. I also worked as a water laboratory technician, performing chemical and bacteria testing for a public water supply.
