Charter Review Commission on any matter related to the Charter Review whether
or not it is posted on the agenda.
Neil Twomey, 203 Oakmont — Requested the Commission consider adopting the following:
Section 9.25 — The Council shall have the power to set water and sewer charges ("Rate
Order') for the Town to recover only the direct costs incurred in providing the water and sewer
services to the Town.
With the development of the Highlands with over 1,500 new homes, the Town is required to

set by the Municipal Utility Districts.
