The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and
was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Board Member Paul Glowacki called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 9:00 a.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has
policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other policy order.
No citizens addressed the Board.
REGULAR SESSION
1.Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention
District Board Minutes for May 2, 2018.
Board Member Paul Glowacki called for a review of the minutes of the May 2, 2018 Meeting of
the Crime Control and Prevention District. The minutes were reviewed and a motion was made
by Lou Opipare to accept \[or table\] the May 2, 2018 minutes as presented. Motion seconded by
Board Member Joe Tellez.
Motion approved by a vote of 6-0.
2.Consider and take appropriate action regarding a Resolution canvassing the returns and
declaring the results of the Continuation Referendum for the Trophy Club Crime Control
and Prevention District; and providing an effective date.
Board Member Paul Glowacki called for a review of the Resolution for Continuation for the
Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention District and an effective date. The resolution was
reviewed and a motion made to accept, as presented, by Board Member Karl Monger. Motion
was seconded by Board Member Richard Savage.
Motion approved by a vote of 6-0.

Board Member Paul Glowacki made a motion to adjourn at 9:05 a.m. Motion seconded by Board
Member Richard Savage. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
