I chaired the Heritage Land Use & Business Dev. Committee whoÈs mission it was to
attract business to that community. We also worked with developers within a TIF overlay in partnership with the community to achieve
goals that were mutually beneÐcial to both residents and dev. Top achievement was the burial of overhead power not originally planned.
What do you feel you have to offer this group?
I bring a work ethic that is dedicated, punctual/present, balanced and without
any overriding biases or preconceived notions. IÈm enthusiastic to learn and to pitch-in on the work. My focus is on TC success.
