The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular Session
on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

PUBLIC HEARING
1.A Public Hearing to consider the FY 2015-2016 proposed Annual Budget for the Trophy Club Crime
Control and Prevention District.
Chief Arata provided a brief summary of the remaining FY 2014-2015 CCPD Budget for the purchase of
new Watch Guard body cameras, the purchase of a new vehicle, and the implementation of a K-9
Program, as well as the upgrading of weapons for the Police Department.
Chief Arata then outlined the goals for the FY 2015-2016 Budget to include an additional new vehicle,
upgrading of the camera system, and the purchase of small equipment, as well as uniforms and
weapons. Additionally there will be IT Technology Updates for the Police Department. Approximately
$100,000 will be reserved for Debt Service for outfitting the new Police Department building with
furniture and equipment.

2.Consider and act upon the Crime Control and Prevention District board Minutes for June 3, 2015.
Board Member J.J. Isherwood called for a review of the Minutes of the June 3, 2015 Meeting of the
Crime Control and Prevention District. The Minutes were reviewed and a motion was made by Board
Member Adam Broyles to accept the June 3, 2015 Minutes, as presented. Motion seconded by Board
Member Loren Van Roekel. Motion approved by a vote of 4-0.
3.Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the appointment of a new Vice Chairman.
Board Member J. J. Isherwood called for discussion regarding the appointment of a new Vice
Chairman. Following discussion, Board Member Adam Broyles made a motion to appoint Board
Member J.J. Isherwood as the new Vice Chairman of the CCPD Board. Motion seconded by Board
Member Loren Van Roekel. Motion approved by a vote of 4-0.

Board Member Adam Broyles made a motion to adjourn at 7:10 p.m. Motion seconded by Loren Van Roekel.
