The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
May 12th, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:10 p.m.
1. Accept Jim Hase's resignation from the board.
Jim Hase has stepped down from the CFAB board due to being elected as a MUD Director.
2. Reviewed and discussed the board members tour of Trophy Club Park.
The members of CFAB were each given a tour of Trophy Club Park, each member expressed their
thoughts on the amenities the park provides.
3. Discussed the steps necessary to form a recommendation to the Town Council on the viability
of Trophy Club Park
The board members received a presentation by Parks Director Adam Adams where he explained the
history of the park, the park revenue sources, and major issues associated with the park.
The CFAB board requested three documents (the past financials for the park, the lease, and the past two
park concept plans) to review before the next meeting.
